It all started when I joined the U.S. Military 18 years ago. After I finished basic training I was sent to Technical School where I was trained to become a lineman. A lineman is someone who works on high power overhead electrical lines. After months of training I was certified and ready to get to my first duty station and work on live (energized) high power lines. A year later into my service my career field was combined with interior electric, so both exterior and interior became one and we were called Electrical Systems Specialists.

At this time I was working with individual command units who had electrical problems. In other words, any electrical problem big or small was my responsibility to help them fix. Dealing with individual military personnel on the base from very high ranks to the lowest, I realized how important customer satisfaction was. There was no incentive of making money or commission, we all got paid based on our rank.

Quality of work and customer satisfaction was our number one priority. These objectives were achieved due to constant training, higher education, and treating others with dignity and respect. Today I am continuing my U.S. Military tradition and providing you the same quality of work and satisfaction. So be patriotic and give our veterans a chance. "Show your stripes, hire a vet!"
